The apartments are situated in the beautiful and peaceful tourist place of Banjole.

The villa consists of the six apartments with swimming pool of which apartments 1, 3 and 4. have 2 bedrooms + one additional bed so it is suitable for 4+2 people while the apartments 2, 5 and 6 can accommodate 2+2 people.Each apartment has a large terrace or balcony. All apartments are fully furnished and air conditioned. Newly built villa is made for renting purposes only and the villa was built 4 years ago.

The villa has a large private parking lot. It is also equipped with a modern restaurant. The distance from the sea is only 70 meters.

Banjole is located nearby the town of Pula (6 km southwest), and very close to Medulin and Premantura (national park):Banjole is a bautiful tourist place with a naturally protected harbour surrounded by pine forest, whose inhabitants rely on the sea life. The tourism is well developed and apart of apartments, accommodation is also possible in a boarding-house or campsite.

Place of Banjole is full of coves, peninsulas, natural beaches, sports and recreational facilities such as tennis courts, walking and bike trails (you can keep your bicycles in the villa), renting of sailing and motor boats together with sports fishing and other water sports that make Banjole a pleasant place to stay.
